There are plenty of Middle Eastern superheroes in the middle east.
The reason there are all those ethnic superheroes over there is cause they have had some sort of infiltration or influence on America. You see asian super heroes cause many people in the west like manga, black superheroes cause there's a good amount of blacks in the west, Hispanic cause Spanish speaking countries are very close by and there's a good majority of them here, white because, well, it's already obvious lawl.
Middle Easterners are some what alien to the U.S. And the only profound impact that they had on them wasn't exactly that great, it's vice versa too. Usually the bad guys in the Middle East are white colonialists. Negative generalizations and stigma kinda stomp on the chances of a middle eastern superhero in the west.

The potential people who could have been here in my place but who will in fact never see the light of day outnumber the sand grains of Sahara. Certainly those unborn ghosts include greater poets than Keats, scientists greater than Newton. We know this because the set of possible people allowed by our DNA so massively outnumbers the set of actual people. In the teeth of these stupefying odds it is you and I, in our ordinariness, that are here. We privileged few, who won the lottery of birth against all odds, how dare we whine at our inevitable return to that prior state, from which the vast majority have never stirred.
