THE BANSTITUTION
1. Racism, Religious Intolerance, Homophobia, promoting trolling, or any kind of derogatory words or action will NOT be tolerated.

2. No spamming, double posting, porn, and graphic images.

3. Do not be fanboyish. This is a general gaming forum meant to bring gamers of all backgrounds together.

4. Absolutely NO advertising.

5. If you cannot offer anything that adds to discussion in threads then do not post. All "cool story bro" and other such posts will be deleted and the user punished for spam.

6. Making a new account to try and get back onto the forum after being banned will result in an IP ban, you were banned for a reason and you will serve it until you are allowed back.

7. NO SPOILERS of games, etc , etc. Make sure you make a warn everyone before saying it.

8. Do not post pics in the chatbox. The chatbox gets fucked up if you do this, make sure you post them in a spoiler tag.

9. Flamebait comments will be deleted and the user warned if the comment gets to many reactions and replies. Continue with leaving flamebait comments will result in a weekly ban. Continue to even leave more flamebait comments will result in a perma ban.

10. Making a new thread requires certain responsibilities. Things such as porn, vulgarity,
misleading titles, and making a new thread in the wrong section will be met with retribution.
Vulgarity and porn may and will most likely lead to an automatic ban, while the latter two will be met with specific punishments according to the severity and continued use of the actions.

11. The chatbox is a freezone for most things. However, links to harmful sites, porn, and vulgar things may lead to a loss of chatbox privileges, and a possible punishment on the actual forum. Also no pictures and long links, it messes the chatbox.

12. No trolling.

13. Large or distracting signatures will be asked to be taken off. If not taken off in a timely manner, they will be removed.

.

Thirty years ago, our homeworld was swept away in a tide of so called justice. Millions of men, women and children lost their lives. But some of us, refused to lay down and die. Some of us, refused to accept your shallow plea for forgiveness. We are the generation forged in the fires. And this, is our day.

Three new rules have been added.

9. Flamebait comments will be deleted and the user warned if the comment gets to many reactions and replies. Continue with leaving flamebait comments will result in a week ban. Continue to even leave more flamebait comments will result in a perma ban.

10. Making a new thread requires certain responsibilities. Things such as porn, vulgarity,
misleading titles, and making a new thread in the wrong section will be met with retribution.

PostSubject: Always provide a valid source when you post gaming news e.t.c.   Thu Nov 01, 2012 9:15 am

Just because you post some news about the gaming industry, movies e.t.c. it doesn't mean that we will believe them if you don't have a valid source to back them up.
You must Always provide a source of where you got these news, you can either add the full url of the article by simply copying it and pasting it in the thread, or you can simply click on this menu (you can see most them menus above the message body) and post the url of the website on the first textfield and the name of the website on the second textfield.

Failure to provide a valid source for your news will lead us to follow the "Link or it didn't happen" rule.

Also, don't just post a link and then post the thread, especially if those news contain videos or some text.

Here is a small example of how to properly post news:

Example:

Thread title: "EA thinks reviewers are wrong about ‘Medal of Honor: Warfighter’"

Message:
Quote :
Medal of Honor: Warfighter was met with review scores much lower than most AAA, big-budget releases, but EA has essentially rejected these scores and believes the game is better than critics say.
“On Medal of Honor, we’re disappointed with the critical reception,” EA Labels boss Frank Gibeau said to investors. ”Our internal testing and mock reviews indicated that the game is better than the actual score that we have right now, and we believe that it is.”
Gibeau realizes that some people just don’t like the game, but since this is such a large product for the company, he promises it will be supported well in the future.
“We are seeing some folks out there that just don’t like the game. We believe that it’s going to find an audience,” Gibeau said. “It’s been – had a good track record over the weekend in the UK. We’re going to continue to support the game going forward with marketing and additional content.”
We’re not sure what sort of new-age review science EA is involved in that makes the majority of media wrong, but hopefully, we can all have the luxury of its use in the future.
Did you get a chance to play Medal of Honor: Warfighter yet? Are reviewers wrong? Let us know what you think by leaving a comment below!

If you have trouble understanding the menus you can simply leave the cursor on one of them and it will provide you with a clear explananation of what it does, if you are still unable to understand how they work, simply click 'Quote' on this post and copy the code for the quotes, urls e.t.c and then paste them on your news thread.
The HTML code is like that: [quote] [/ quote] used for quotes, [u] [/ u] used for underlines e.t.c.
